C3X Connect Referral Program Terms and Conditions

 

C3X Connect Referral Program (“Program“) is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting their information to C3X Juice Creations (C3X), C3X referrers (“Referrer“), agree to abide by the terms outlined below when making recommendations to the business or individual they refer to C3X (“Referral“). All terms in quotes to be understood as defined below.

A. Program Participation

1. To participate in the Program, Referrers should send the google form provided and submit their business information and the referral business information to be part of the C3X Connect program.

2. Businesses who receive a recommendation via a Referrer are Referrals (a “Referral”). A Referrer who is fully compliant with these Terms and Conditions may receive “Reward(s) and discounts” for every “Qualified Referral”. Qualified Referrals may receive a “Discount” upon their first purchase through a referral by one of the approved Referrers.

B. Referrers

To be a part of the Program, a “Referrer” must:

1. Be a legal resident of Canada;

2. Be at least 18 years old;

3. Be a current customer of C3X Juice Creations, and

4. Have the right and authority to bind their business to this Program and its Terms and Conditions

C. Making a Referral

1. A Referrer must send the C3X Connect form to enter the Program. Once a Referrer is approved and has been sent the link for the C3X Connect form, they may start referring other businesses to C3X. C3X will contact the Referral, and when the Referral contacts back C3X, the Referrer will be provided with a confirmation email. The Referrer will be contacted once again if a Referral becomes a C3X Connection by making a purchase within 12 months of contacting C3X after being referred.

2. Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real businesses and real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. Referrers cannot refer themselves. For example, a Referrer may not refer their own site for additional purchases from C3X.

D. Qualified Referral

A “Qualified Referral” means that all the following conditions are met:

1. After being referred by an approved Referrer, The Referral contacted back C3X for more information or to place an order;

2. The Referral is not a current customer of C3X or currently speaking with our sales team.

3. The Referral is: a) a legal resident of Canada, b) at least 18 years old; and c) have the right and authority to bind their business to this Program and its Terms and Conditions.

4. Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referral. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referral will not integrate the 15% discount offer. This is a one time offer for first time orders. 

5. Referrals can become Referrers and claim the benefits of the C3X Connect Program as soon as they become a new customer of C3X, a ‘Connection’. 

E. Benefits

The “Benefits” earned through a successful Qualified Referral is defined as follows:

1. The Referrer shall receive one unit of their normal ordering size for free for each Referral sent that becomes a “Qualified Referral” as set on these terms and conditions. These free units will be counted and applied to the next order that the Referrer places to C3X. If the Referrals sent and qualified by the Referrer are larger than the following order placed, these units will be saved as credit and quantified for the next order that the Referrer places with C3X.

   1. The Referrer shall receive 5% discount on their next invoice for each “Qualified Referral” that becomes a ‘Connection’ of C3X, meaning that the “Qualified Referral” has placed a qualifying order with C3X and this order has been completed. These discounts will be counted and applied to the next invoice that the Referrer receives from C3X. If the Referrals sent and qualified by the Referrer are larger than the total of the invoice, these discounts will be saved as credit and quantified for the next invoices that the Referrer receives from C3X.

2. There is no maximum or minimum number of Benefits that may be earned by Referrer per calendar year for Qualified Referrals.

3. The 10% discount offered to Qualified Referrals are only awarded for the Referral’s first purchase, subsequent purchases by the referral do not qualify for the same discount. The Referrals can join the C3X connect Program and start receiving benefits from referring to C3X.

F. Verified Qualified Referrals

1. Benefits are subject to verification. C3X may delay a Benefit for the purposes of investigation. C3X may also refuse to verify and process any transaction C3X deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on C3X, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of C3X decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, or Benefit is verified.

H. Transfer and Value of Credit and Benefits and Discounts

1. Benefits and Discounts have only monetary value within C3X and its operations, and may not be redeemed for cash.

2. Benefits and Discounts are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Benefits and Discounts that have not yet been delivered to Referrer or Referral are to be disbursed.

I. Restrictions

1. Offer valid in Canada only.

2. The Referrer must only promote C3X in a personal, professional, and individual manner. Bulk referrals, distribution to strangers, and general spamming will not be tolerated by C3X and will result in the immediate termination of the Referrer from the Program.

3. Referrers should be aware of and abide by any SPAM regulations in their region.

4. No Party involved will represent itself to be the agent, joint venturer, partner or employee of the other.

J. Changes to Terms and Conditions of the Program

C3X reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions and the methods through which Benefits and Discounts are earned at any time. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrer at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms. C3X’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

K. Termination of the Program

1. C3X may terminate the Referral Program or a person’s ability to participate at any time for any reason and without notice.

2. C3X reserves the right to suspend participation, cancel the unique referral link or refuse a purchase if we notice any activity We believe fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if We have reason to assume You are in breach of these Referral Terms.

3. C3X reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate at our sole discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You irrevocably consent and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario in the City of Toronto to resolve any legal matter arising from this Agreement.
